Mrs. McCoy and her husband Dr. Richmond McCoy are founding partners of UrbanAmerica, a multi-billion dollar, private real estate fund which purchases and revitalizes inner–city commercial properties.  The McCoy’s also are the owner’s of the world’s largest Double Tree Resort Hotel in Orlando, Florida.  She is the recipient of an honorary doctorate degree from Saint Thomas Christian College.
