She convenes the annual Return of the Helper (ROTH) Conferences, ROTH (www.returnofthehelper.com.ng) is a conference organized for women to find a common platform to learn and network to achieve their goals which has held every July since its inception in 2008. Bidemi is a John Maxwell Certified life coach with over 15 years of practical experience and as a certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker; she offers regular workshops, seminars, keynote speeches, and coaching services, aiding personal and professional growth.
She is Married to Mark Mordi and they have three lovely kids.
